Chasing Success: Networking Events & Organizations in Springfield, MO

February 5, 2018

Networking, as defined by Webster Dictionary, is the exchange of information or services among individuals, groups, or institutions; specifically: the cultivation of productive relationships for employment or business.  Networking is the natural practice of developing relationships, and strengthening current relationships, through conversing information to achieve a productive relationship.

Networking can be accomplished through multiple “traditional” outlets; from the most notable “direct networking” events typically at a large venue commonly during happy hour while introducing yourself to others to “speed networking” at local venues that imitates speed dating atmospheres to develop relationships, and as many as you can, in a short time frame.  As well, networking can be derived from joining groups such as your local chamber, business power network, mastermind of business, or any other local networking organization. No matter the preference of venue, or preference of organization, networking is still relevant in any way, shape, or form wherever you may choose to go to develop meaningful relationships with others.   Luckily, Springfield, MO, contains many various outlets of networking venues, environments, and events that caters to anyone’s preferences.  Below is a list, not in any certain order, of some networking events and organizations around Springfield, MO.  The information on each event and organization is from their respective websites found on the sites below:
